- Are UK-used phones reliable?
- Yes. Every UK-used phone is bench-tested, battery health is checked and stated on the listing, and nothing leaves the shop iCloud- or network-locked.
- Can I pay when the item reaches me?
- No — pay on delivery is no longer available. Pay by bank transfer (we send the account details after you place your order) or by card at checkout.
- Can I buy wholesale from Emmason?
- Yes. Retailers and wholesalers get bulk pricing — leave your name and WhatsApp number on our wholesale page and we'll message you with details and 5% off your first order.
- Delivery information
- We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT in 2–5 working days. Lagos is usually same or next day; Abuja and Port Harcourt take 2–3. The delivery cost depends on the size of the order and where it is going, so we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before we ship — checkout charges for the items only. You can also collect free from the shop at Alaba International Market, ready within 24 hours.
- Returns & warranty
- Every item carries a warranty — 12 months on most new products, 3 months on UK-used phones. If a device is faulty on arrival, tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund you in full. Bring the item and your order number to the store, or call us and we arrange pickup.
